HOW CAN I CONTACT ETHERLOTUS?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. Orders under $99 have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders over $150 ship free. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every Etherlotus piece is made to order just for you. Production takes 3 business days. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. International orders take 10 to 30 business days depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

Some products may ship from different locations. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way! Feel free to reach out to us at support@etherlotus.com with your order number if you have concerns.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of order placement and before production begins. Please contact us immediately at support@etherlotus.com with your order number if you need to cancel.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER?

Yes. We offer full refunds for wrong items sent, damaged products, or manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details or contact us at support@etherlotus.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
