Love your EtherLotus gear, or your money back. That's our promise.
Because every item is made-to-order just for you, we offer refunds for wrong items sent, damaged products, or manufacturing defects. We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or style choices once production has begun, so please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact us at support@etherlotus.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, you'll receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement, your choice. Refunds process within 5-7 business days and may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
