All Etherlotus products are made to order. Please allow production time between 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
Shipping
We ship to the United States via our Standard delivery service.
- Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after your order ships
- Free shipping on all orders of $85.99 or more
- Shipping rates for orders below $85.99 are calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and do not include the production lead time above.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item has a print or quality error
Return window: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selected at checkout (please refer to our size guides on each product page)
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Contact page and send us your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
